Appointments
The easiest way to arrange an appointment is to send me an email. Please include your telephone number if you’d like me to give you a call.

Appointments can also be made by telephone on either of the numbers above. The telephone is often answered by an answering machine if I’m with a client or unavailable. Please leave me a message (this need only be your name and telephone number) and I’ll call you back just as soon as I can.

I endeavour to return telephone calls on the same or next day. If you do not have your telephone call returned, please call again as it may be that a digit was mis-heard or there has been a technical issue.

Confidentiality
Please be assured that complete confidentiality starts from the moment of your first contact. If I am returning your call, I will not reveal the purpose of the call if someone else happens to pick up your phone, whether it is at work or at home.

Running late?
Don’t worry. But if you have a mobile telephone and know you won’t be able to get to your appointment on time, please give me a call (preferably on my mobile - 07788 785 765) to let me know. The telephone will not be answered while I am working with a client, but please leave a message as I will pick this up shortly.

Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise full session charges will apply..
